Parts of this contract are progettoEcommerce S.n.c., with seat in Forlì (Italy), via N.Copernico n. 103/G, and the client, whose personal data are indicated in the order form that is part of the contract (from now on, simply defined Client).
With this contract, progettoEcommerce S.n.c. offers goods and services chosen by the Client in the order form, to be considered part of this contract.
Goods availability â€¨
Client can purchase only articles present in the catalog published in the website Team Liquigas Shop and in the quantities available in the warehouse. If the order exceeds the quantities available in the warehouse, the purchase will be accepted for the available quantity, and Client will be informed by e-mail or by phone regarding the potential future availability of the goods and the supply times.â€¨
If the order includes items already indicated as "pre-order" or vailable in the future, it will be deal in one solution when all the items will be available.
Client will pay progettoEcommerce S.n.c. the price agreed in the order form. The total price includes IVA and after other eventual legal duties. Shipping costs are cleary shown during the order process. If the goods must be delivered in a foreign country, client will be due to pay potential additional costs due to taxes provided for the laws of the destination State. progettoEcommerce S.n.c. during the purchase procedure made by the client, doesn't get to know and will not be able to know the credit card number.

The parcel will be sent in according to the choice filled by the Client in the order form. The delivery time depends on the choice of the Client; he has the duty to control the integrity of the package before accept it; any protest must be notified to the courier, otherwise the parcel will be considered regulary delivered. Provider and progettoEcommerce S.n.c are not responsible for delivery delays of the goods due to random cases or circumstances force majeur. â€¨â€¨
Warranty and Responsibility â€¨

Client's duties â€¨
Accepting the contract the Client declares to have examinated and accetpted the whole proposal of the specifications of the products and all the terms of the contract. The client will have cure to print and save the contract. Declare to have not fill false informations and that the written ones are true and corresponding to its own details. progettoEcommerce S.n.c. reserves itself to sue any violation or abuse. Obligation assumed by the client in the present point as well as the warranty of the successfull conclusion of the payment are essential for progettoEcommerce S.n.c. that in case of non-fulfiment of one of the above mentioned obligation reserve itself the right to resolve the present contract ex officio, all but the possible right to the compensation. â€¨â€¨
Return and Refund Policy â€¨
Items ordered as mistake can be changed subject to an e-mail from client and within 10 days from delivery of goods. â€¨Items have to be in the original envelope, un-used and in new condition. Damaged or used itemd will be not changed. Send an e-mail to email@example.com explaining the problem (for ex: wrong size, etc.). Copernico, 103/G – 47122 Forlì (FC) Italy. Goods must be sent with their original envelope within 10 days from the permit to the return. The cost of shipping will be charged on the Client, and taxed parcels will be not accepted. If goods will be undamaged and un-usued progettoEcommerce S.n.c will refund them within 30 days. â€¨

Italian law and Jurisdiction
Italian law is applied to this contract. The Court of Forlì shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above .
